Regasification Train Architecture
Four parallel regasification trains, each rated at 6.5 Bcm/yr. Seawater-heated open-rack vaporizers supplemented by submerged combustion for winter peak demand. Redundant compressor strings ensure 99.7% process availability.
Cryogenic Storage Infrastructure
Six full-containment tanks, each holding 90,000 m³ at −162 °C. 9% nickel steel inner vessel, pre-stressed concrete outer shell. Design life 50+ years, last re-assessed Q3 2025 per EN 1473.
Boil-Off Gas Management
High-speed reciprocating BOG compressors capture tank evaporation and recondense it into the send-out stream. Flare events are limited to planned maintenance windows — zero unplanned flaring in 847 consecutive operating days.
Berth Operations & Logistics
Four dedicated LNG berths handle vessels from 80,000 m³ to 266,000 m³. Articulated marine loading arms (4 × 16″ liquid + 1 × 12″ vapor return per berth) allow simultaneous unloading at 12,000 m³/hr combined throughput.
Carbon & Emissions Profile
Terminal-scope emissions (Scope 1 + 2) measured at 3.2 g CO₂e per MJ delivered. Solar PV array (18 MWp) covers 40% of terminal auxiliary load. Participating in OGMP 2.0 Gold Standard methane monitoring programme.
Reliability & Maintenance Programme
Predictive maintenance using inline process sensors and vibration analytics on all rotating equipment. Planned shutdowns coordinated with offtake nomination windows. Last unplanned outage: 11 minutes, February 2024, upstream compressor isolation valve.
